March favourites

I can't believe March is over already!! Is it just me or has this year gone so quick already. I'm going to do my monthly favourites. Enjoy!!!
Clinique-chubby contour stick: there is a lot of product in the chubby stick which is great. It blends out perfectly and gives great cheekbones, if you love contouring this is the product for you.
Zoeva-100 luxe face paint: I haven't had this brush for long but I love it. There are no runaway hairs when washing or applying with this brush. It is made out of natural hairs. I find that the zoeva brushes always look so perfect. They are also a great size for traveling with.
Rimmel-wake me up foundation: this foundation is one of my faves, it has a medium coverage which I love. It doesn't go cakey which I always like with a foundation. I find that this colour suits my skin tone really well and it also makes my face feel so smooth. A little bit goes along way, with just one pump if you want a light coverage is all you need so it is build able on the face.
Charlotte Tilbury-lip liner savage rose: this lip liner is so pretty it draws round the lips so perfectly and it doesn't smudge. A lot of lip liners can be quite rough when applying but no this one is creamy. I really recommend this product.
Charlotte Tilbury-lipstick walk of shame: it's such a beautiful colour plummy red sort of colour. It has a matte finish some lipsticks with this finish are very drying to the lips but this one isn't. It is a very long lasting lipstick so will last for most of the day. I am in love with the packaging because I love rose gold.
Urban decay-smokey palette: at first I didn't know what sort of look to do with this palette because there are a lot of dark colours. Eventually I got the hang of this palette and now I can do neutral and smokey looks with this palette. One of my favourite colours is 'armour' because the silver has a lot of pigment so it stands out a lot more than what you expect it to.

Where have I been

Sorry for the longtime no blog!!
For the past couple of weeks I have been on holiday in Croyde near Devon and I had a great time. I may have gone a bit crazy in boots but that is for another post. Me and my family all had a wonderful time and I thought I would share with you some of the pictures from Croyde. Enjoy!!!

The beach was great I haven't gone on a British beach in ages. I love the fresh air and the long walks because you always do more excersize than what you actually think. Although this type of holiday can be very exhausting.

Outside the house we hired there was a small stream and it was so cute with the bridge and the lanterns. At night we would light the lanterns and I don't know why but it reminded me of fairys.

I loved the fact that there was this cute little bench that you could sit on and I loved to sit there with my mum and just talk with her. Also hearing the stream I just loved.

Have you ever gone Croyde?

Favourite youtubers this Christmas

Merry blogmas!!!
For the past week I haven't been feeling well so I've gone to school for a while. On my days off it can get very boring so I thought I would share some youtubers who I love to watch at the moment. Enjoy!!!

Zoella has always been one of my favourite youtubers and I love the fact that this year on both her channels she uploads a video everyday. On her vlog channel I love the intro it is just so cute. Her videos always put a smile on my face  and cheers me up if I had a bad day. I always love her fashion sense and her makeup is always great.
Alfie's vlogs are always great they never let me down, they are always upbeat and he always seems to be happy and then it makes me happy. He always vlogs everyday and he practically always uploads on time.
Sacconejolys are amazing youtubers they never post a video up late and they vlog everyday which must be hard. Eduardo and Emelia are both so cute and she looks like such a fab big sister. Their videos never fail they always make me happy and if I have a bad day I always look forward to 6O'Clock which I always look forward too.

Emily Canham is a new youtuber I have been watching recently and I think she is really good. Her videos are always on point and I always look forward to her videos when I see she has uploaded. My favourite videos she does is her beauty looks.

Eve is another youtuber I have recently found out about, and I love her videos so much. I love the fact that she is my age so I can relate to watch she says about how she has to revise. Her videos are always upbeat and are great. Also on her vlog channel the intro is so funny as she is dressed as an elf. LOVE IT!!
Tanya's vlogs this Christmas have been great I think they are better than last years and I thought that was great. I thought that earlier in the year, Tanya wasn't going to be doing vlogging this Christmas and I was so excited when I found out she was and I love her advent Callander!!

Dealing with a cold

Merry blogmas!!!
Dealing with a cold at Christmas honestly has to be the worst, with the sore throat, blocked nose and coughing fits. I thought I would share with you some of the things I do when I get a cold. Enjoy!!!
One thing which helps me is a warm black current squash, I didn't like the taste of it warm at first but I got use to it so I really love it now. Epparently it helps with your sinuses and opens them up what ever that means but it still seems to work well.
When you have a blocked nose you should try and use soft tissue because it doesn't hurt your nose as much. Another tip for your nose is at night time put Vaseline on your nose so when you wake up in the morning it will not hurt and it will feel soft.
Soothers are for your throat when it hurts, I love the black current flavour because I love the taste it is the best when you get to the middle and the liquid comes out.
These active health gummy things in my opinion are great for colds because it gives you a boost of energy. Colds are always really draining these are great.
What do you do to get rid of a cold?

This weeks Christmas favourites

Merry blogmas!!!
This weeks Christmas favourites is very different to any other favourites post I have done. Instead of having all the beauty products it's going to have necklaces, books and music. Enjoy!!!

The first thing which I have been loving is this piano piece which is 'not about Angels' by Birdie. I think this is such a great song to play on the piano and I don't know if it's just me but I think this song is quite Christmassy. It is about five pages long but so far I have only learnt the first couple of pages and it's going along really well.
I got this necklace last year at Christmas and this week I have just loved wearing it. I got this from my dads cousin as she makes her own jewellery, she makes these out of old spoons and jewels off old necklaces and bracelets and she scratches your name on it. I think this looks so pretty on and goes with practically every outfit.
Again a necklace is on my favourites, this one is a lot older as I got it at my christening. It's Winnie the Pooh and I think that it's so cute. The for around the kneck is quite short but it's nothing like a choker. This week again I have worn this everyday.
The Sophie Mckenzie books are really good and I can't put her books down this is because she always leaves a cliffhanger at the end of the chapter. I have mentioned one of her other books in an earlier post and that got me into her books. I still haven't finished the whole book yet and it's so good but I don't want to give any spoilers away.

Why I love Christmas

Merry Blogmas!!!
Since it is now Christmas I thought I would do a list for why I love Christmas like I did Autumn. I have to admit I love Christmas it's the best part of the year and I hope you like my reasons for loving Christmas. Enjoy!!!
Reasons why I love Christmas:
•purchasing a Christmas tree is the start of Christmas for me as I love picking out that one which is just perfect
•decorating the tree is a huge love of mine because every year I get to put the star at the top of the tree.
•decorating the house with tinsel and holly leaves to make it Christmassy
•counting down the days with the chocolate advent Callander, every morning waking up and getting some chocolate
•wrapping presents, I don't know why but I have always loved wrapping presents even from a young age
•sitting on the sofa watching Christmas films with my family
•Christmas songs are a huge love of mine I start listening to Christmas music way in November

Autumn essentials

I decided to do a post on my Autumn essentials, I have seen so many other bloggers do this post and I decided I would to. The nights are getting colder and darker and is the time to snuggle under a blanket and watch tv. Enjoy!!

My Autumn essentials:
•blanket
•No7 cleansing lotion
•teddy warm up beanbag
•dark berry lipstick
•dark vampy nail polish
•cosy socks
•ted baker body spray (polly)
One of my favourite essentials for Autumn is the dark berry colours for the lip stick and nail polish this is because they are very vampy colours. The vampy theme doesn't really suite my personality but they do look great on. In my opinion anyone could suit a berry lip it just depends if you have the confidence to wear it as when I first wore it I felt very self conscious about it but now I don't care what people think. Also the berry nail polish colour suits my skin tone so well and goes with all my clothes. So these are a big love of mine!!
Another thing which is a huge must have is a big blanket this is because night time comes earlier in England so it gets darker and I always want a big blanket to snuggle up to when I'm cold and when it is dark outside. Cosy socks is a big must as in Autumn my feet always get really cold and there is wool inside these socks so they keep my feet nice and toasty.
I have already posted about this ted baker spray so I won't bore you with a massive paragraph but this is also my go to in Autumn as it had such a great smell. I'm not very good at describing smells so I won't bother but it smells so good.

During Autumn my face can become very dry and last year I was trying find something which would help my skin and I did which was the No7 cleansing cream. To be fare I am not a huge fan of the smell of this product it's not overpowering, it is just a weak smell. When I bought this product I wasn't aware that it removes makeup but it does and is really easy to use and compliments my skin so far this Autumn my skin has been so smooth and I really recommend this.
One more essential is my teddy heat bean bag this is great for when you are cold at night and you want something soft to cuddle with which is warm. This will last for a good hour and after that the heat will start to go.
What are your Autumn essentials?

What's in my bag

For this blog post I thought I would do something a bit different to my other posts so I decided to do a what's in my post. For this I have decided to use my ted baker bag in a pink coral colour. I love this bag because I think it is so pretty with the little bow and it has plenty of room for all the stuff I need to put in my bag.

In my bag I always carry around a hand sanitizer as you never know when your going to need it. I will always have one for my school bag as might accidentally put your hand under the table and at school there is a lot of gum. For my hand gel I got it in the scent floral and fruity because it smells fresh and also I got it because I love the colour of the pink.
This notebook is cute I got it for my birthday last month and I think it is so good because it is the perfect size to fit in your bag. The pattern is so cute with the black background and then the flowers are really pretty.
Another thing I love about this notebook is that I love the writing 'take note' because it is in rose gold and at the moment I am addicted to copper and rose gold.

At the front of the notebook it says 'once upon a time' and it is so cute because at the back of the notebook it says 'happily ever after' and I love it.

Since it's Autumn in all my bags I have a berry colour lipstick as this is part of my Autumn look (will post next week), I used to be too nervous to do a dark lip but now I don't mind it as its my normal look at the moment. The one I have been using at the moment is the topshop one in wicked as it is such a beautiful colour and the pigment is amazing.
Finally of course in my bag I have this cute purse which I love as the patterns are great. The colours on the purse are great as it stands out from the white background.
