Christmas essentials

Merry blogmas!!!
Today I thought I would do my Christmas essentials, I always love to see these posts because I like to know what everybody loves during the Christmas time of year.
Enjoy!!!
The first thing on my list is probably the most important to me and that is lounge trousers. These ones are from Marks and Spencer's if you're wondering and they cost £12. They are so soft and are great to just lounge around in. I love the design on this as I love the reindeer and Christmas trees because they look so cute. During Christmas time I have a huge love for the colour red, I think this is down to robins as you only see them in winter.
Another thing on my essentials is wooly ear muffs, the even better thing about these ones in particular is that you can play music from them through Bluetooth. I got these last year for Christmas and when it was cold these were great and kept my ears warm.
A mini hot water bottle is a massive essential as when it's a cold night you can snuggle up to it and it will keep you nice and warm. Again I got this for Christmas so I don't know where this was from or how much it cost. I really love the fluffy cover and I think it looks really cute. This would also make a great gift for a friend who always says I'm cold.
I have already commented on how much I love red in Christmas so of course I am in love at the moment with my rim meld Kate moss lipstick in 107. It is such a pretty red and it leaves your lips moisturised after use and it tastes and smells good. A lot of people praise this product and rightfully so because it is just an amazing product.
What are your Christmas essentials?

Drugstore winter makeup

Merry Blogmas!!!
Since this is my first year blogging I thought I would do a merry blogmas and I'm going to post everyday until 25th December. Christmas is my favourite time of year and this makeup look is so pretty and Christmassy. For my Christmas look I have decided to do it drugstore so everything in this look is affirdable and you can get it all from super drug or boots. Enjoy!!!
To start off this look I do a simple base with the Rimmel wake me up concealer and foundation which has great coverage. To apply this I use the real techniques expert face brush which I love. On top of the base I use the natural collection powder so my makeup won't move during the day, I especially have to put it over my t-zone and my chin as they can get very oily. To put the powder on I use the real techniques blush brush although I know powder is not blush.
I then apply the maybeline master sculpt with my real techniques contour brush and I apply this in the hollow of my cheeks and anywhere the  sun would hit in natural light. I then add my soap and glory blush to the apples of my cheeks because it looks pretty. This blush is beautiful as it has a little bit of shimmer on it and a subtle pink colour.

Once the whole face is done I move on to the eyes and I have been using the 17 eyeshadow. First I use the real techniques eye base brush and I use the lightest colour eyeshadow and place it all over my eye. This colour is beautiful as it has a little shimmer and looks pretty. Next I use the darker colour and place it in the crease of my eye to give the smokey eye effect.
Once those two steps have been done I take the maybeline liquid eyeliner and put it over the top of my eyelid and do a little flick. The final step for the eyes is mascara from natural collection it is not the best mascar but it was the only drugstore mascara I have.
Finally my favourite part of the whole look is the lips. I have been using the Rimmel Kate moss lipstick in 107 I find this red is just Christmas it looks so pretty. Also for some reason it reminds me of robins.

Goodies

Today I went in super drug with my friends and they all tried to persuade me to buy a Kate moss lipstick as they say these lipsticks are amazing. Also whilst wondering round super drug I came to the Tanya burr part and I decided to pick up the lipgloss in chic.
The Rimmel Kate moss lipstick I picked up is 34 as I loved the colour of it, I've been searching for ages to find the right shade of a pinky nude lipstick and this colour was the exact one I've been looking for. This applys so smoothly to the lips and looks really pretty. It is creamy, long lasting, pigmented and is great value for the amount of money. I wore this today and it is long lasting and doesn't rub off when you eat. I wish that these lipsticks though have names instead of numbers. I am definitely going to buy some more colours as I love it.
Over the past month I have been loving lip glosses as they make my lips feel so smooth after applying. This colour is so pretty and subtle it just has a little bit of shimmer. It is so easy to apply with the applicator and I love the size as it can easily fit in your bag. I am in LOVE with the smell, does anyone else remember them lolly pops where you have to open a little plastic box to get to the lolly and you can close it, it smells like the strawberry version and it brings back so many memories.
