Boots haul

If you had read my last post you would be aware that I was in Croyde and I mentioned that I was going to do a haul. All these products I'm going to mention are all at reasonable price as they are from a drugstore. Enjoy!!!
The first two things I bought were for contouring one from maybeline and one from collection. The collection master sculpt is great because I find it so easy to blend so you can make the contour as sharp or subtle as you want. The highlight has a perfect amount of shimmer. The maybeline master sculpt has to be my favourite out of the two because I think the colour is just perfect for contouring and the highlight is great as well. With this product it comes with a great sized mirror and will be easy to carry around with me.
For along time I have wanted to try out the collection concealer because I have heard so many good things about it. I haven't tried this product out yet so I can't say whether I agree with the craze or not. The other concealer is from soap and glory and I have also wanted to try this out for ages. When I first tried it I thought it was quite hard to blend with a brush but then I tried it again and it blended a lot better with a beauty blender.
This foundation is great it suits my skin tone perfectly and I find that it doesn't go clumpy on some of my dry patches which I love. It is easy to blend with a beauty blender or a brush as it doesn't leave any strokes. It does last a long time but I can't say it lasts for 25 hours because I personally don't leave makeup on for that long I put it on in the morning and take it off at night.
The Rimmel match perfection powder is great I put it on my oily places on my face like my t-zone, under eyes and my chin. It keeps my makeup in place all day so I recommend you go out and by this.
This boujoir blush is the best from a drugstore in my opinion I got mine in number 34. I love this blush because when you apply it to your cheeks it is subtle and has a shimmer to it from the gold running through it.
This number 17 'easy on the eye' is a great palette it comes with 8 nude eyeshadows, 3 cream eyeshadows and a primer. This palette would be great for beginners of makeup because they are subtle colours and they are easy to blend. Also I love that it comes with instructions so for a beginner they will learn what to do.

Christmas stocking gifts under £15

Merry blogmas!!!
This post is for Christmas stocking fillers which are affordable under the price of £15. These would also make great gift ideas for your friends. Enjoy!!!
One thing is this soap and glory body wash set. There are four flavours which are all great and the smells are delicious. The quality of this product is amazing I love the body shop and it never lets me down. This item came to a price of £6 which is really good.
The next couple of items are the Tanya burr products each one of her products are amazing and they never disappoint. One of them is the lipgloss and this is in afternoon tea which is such a beautiful colour. The next thing is the peach palette in this there is a bronze, blush and highlight each of these are great and they each have a shimmer to them which is pretty. I love Tanya's knew design of the products all the colours are so pretty.
This on is a major must have for Christmas and this is the glazed Apple scent from the body shop. This is so lovely this set and you get body wash and body butter. To be honest this is probably my favourite scent from the body shop so I always look forward to getting this for Christmas the Christmas season.
The soap and glory hand cream set is beautiful, I always love the smell from soap and glory. My favourite on is the lime flavoured I just think it is different to anyother scent I have had before. These make my hands so soft and work a lot better than what I expected.
These body butters make your skin so soft I have loads of these mini sets since in boots it was 3 for 2 this came to the price of £8 which is reasonable. Again my favourite scent is probably the lime. I think this would make a great gift for a friend and I'm sure they would love it.

Drugstore winter makeup

Merry Blogmas!!!
Since this is my first year blogging I thought I would do a merry blogmas and I'm going to post everyday until 25th December. Christmas is my favourite time of year and this makeup look is so pretty and Christmassy. For my Christmas look I have decided to do it drugstore so everything in this look is affirdable and you can get it all from super drug or boots. Enjoy!!!
To start off this look I do a simple base with the Rimmel wake me up concealer and foundation which has great coverage. To apply this I use the real techniques expert face brush which I love. On top of the base I use the natural collection powder so my makeup won't move during the day, I especially have to put it over my t-zone and my chin as they can get very oily. To put the powder on I use the real techniques blush brush although I know powder is not blush.
I then apply the maybeline master sculpt with my real techniques contour brush and I apply this in the hollow of my cheeks and anywhere the  sun would hit in natural light. I then add my soap and glory blush to the apples of my cheeks because it looks pretty. This blush is beautiful as it has a little bit of shimmer on it and a subtle pink colour.

Once the whole face is done I move on to the eyes and I have been using the 17 eyeshadow. First I use the real techniques eye base brush and I use the lightest colour eyeshadow and place it all over my eye. This colour is beautiful as it has a little shimmer and looks pretty. Next I use the darker colour and place it in the crease of my eye to give the smokey eye effect.
Once those two steps have been done I take the maybeline liquid eyeliner and put it over the top of my eyelid and do a little flick. The final step for the eyes is mascara from natural collection it is not the best mascar but it was the only drugstore mascara I have.
Finally my favourite part of the whole look is the lips. I have been using the Rimmel Kate moss lipstick in 107 I find this red is just Christmas it looks so pretty. Also for some reason it reminds me of robins.

Blush & Bronze

At the moment I am loving the soap and glory makeup and the two I have been loving at the moment are the blush and bronzer.
This blush is so pretty and I love the fact that it has got many different colours which just swirl your brush around in circles. I find that this makes the perfect colour for my skin and looks really cute. When you first apply it, it is really subtle and you can barely see it and that's why I like it because some blushes are really bright and make you look like a clown. It also adds a bit of shimmer to your face.

Bronzer is my favourite part of applying makeup as it stands out and it also makes you look a bit more tanned. If you prefer a more matte bronzer I wouldn't recommend this for you but if you want a bit of shimmer this is great. I love the fact that half of it is matte and the other is shimmery and it looks great at a party.

Eco tools makeup brushes

These were my first set of makeup brushes and I got them two years ago and they're still lasting which is great. I love the quality of them and that there recycled so it's helping the environment. Another good thing is that they're not to expensive.
Blush brush- this is my favourite brush out of this set because it is just so soft and aplys just the right amount of blush on your face as its not to heavy on your skin. Also I love the way the way the brush is when you hold it cause I love the feel of the bamboo handle.
Concealer and eyeshadow- these two brushes are great as they are just perfect. The concealer brush is great for blending the makeup in to the corner of your eyes but I feel that it's not that great for blending it in round the nose but otherwise it's great. The eyeshadow brush is really soft and grabs just enough eyeshadow and aplys the makeup to the eye perfectly and blends it in.
Angled liner- this is great for doing eyebrows as its just at the perfect angle to make your eyebrows look great. This brush is also great for doing eyeliner with eyeshadow as it can be easy to do the flick and it looks great.
Foam applicator- I've never actually been sure what this is for but I use it sometimes to blend in concealer and help with the foundation but I've never been so sure.
